We're currently recruiting a dedicated Retail Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations of Co-Op in Bournemouth on a part-time basis. We are hiring multiple part-time positions, with hours available between 24 and 30 per week. As a Retail Supervisor, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. • Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported

• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels

• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment
