A local government office in Bournemouth seeks a motivated Recruitment Officer to join their People & Culture team. This part-time position involves providing HR and recruitment support, including managing administrative tasks, coaching managers, and assisting with recruitment activities. The pay range for this role will be £28,142 - £31,537 (pro rata for part time colleagues). We’re looking forward to welcoming new colleagues under this refreshed framework of pay, terms, and conditions. To promote fairness and consistency, all new starters will begin at the bottom of the pay band. This reflects our commitment to equity across the organisation and aligns with the approach taken with existing staff during the transition. We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Officer to join our People & Culture team. In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive and dynamic team, helping us deliver excellent HR and recruitment services. Part‑time Permanent role – 15 hours (Mon – Weds).
