Job Description

As the Associate Director/Principal Consultant - Social Value, you will lead and manage social value initiatives across multiple infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading social value strategies across projects
• Developing strategies aligned with client objectives
• Designing monitoring frameworks
• Overseeing report production
• Managing client relationships
• Sharing best practices
• Analyzing procurement processes for social value opportunities
• Identifying new opportunities and developing proposals

This role requires a professional committed to maximizing social value and driving positive industry change.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

• A 2.1 or First Class honours degree in relevant fields (e.g., Geography, Economics, Urban Planning, Sustainable Urbanism)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• An interest in economic growth and infrastructure
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
