Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in PM cost/commercial management services.
• Demonstrable NEC3/4 contract management experience.
• Experience in the Rail industry.
• Project management qualification (e.g. APM PMQ or PRINCE2) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project cost/commercial Management commissions.
• Ensure commissions are completed efficiently and to client satisfaction.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams to meet client requirements.
• Provide reports and attend project reviews throughout the lifecycle.
