Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in PM cost/commercial management services.
• Demonstrable experience and knowledge of NEC3/4 contract management.
• Experience in the Rail industry and understanding of railway systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Project cost/commercial Management commissions.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams delivering client requirements.
• Provide reports and attend project reviews throughout project lifecycle.
