Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in cost/commercial management services.
• Demonstrable experience with NEC3/4 contract management.
• Experience in the Rail industry and understanding railway processes.
• Knowledge of Construction Design Management in the rail sector.

• Lead or support Project cost/commercial Management commissions.
• Help ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams to meet client requirements.
• Identify and monitor project risks and implement mitigations.
