Diamond Operations Assistant — London Jewellery Firm
Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Operations Assistant in Greater London to support the retail and wholesale sides of a prominent diamond and jewellery supplier. Responsibilities include diary management, updating sales systems, assisting with purchase orders, and client communication. Ideal candidates should possess strong customer service and administration experience, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in the diamond industry. The role is Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and administration experience.

Responsibilities
- Organise diaries for the Sales and Marketing teams.
- Update internal sales systems accordingly.
- Assist with managing purchase orders.
- Respond promptly to client enquiries.
- Liaise across departments to ensure smooth operations.
