Job Description
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive wholesale sales strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Directly manage 3 account managers within the channel.
  • Accountability for all wholesale sub channels. Multi Brand, Nationals, Franchise and Corporate Gift.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale partners and stakeholders.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand the wholesale channel and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform decision‑making.
  • Oversee the performance of the wholesale team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise product offerings and pricing strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecast future trends.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all wholesale activities.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Wholesale should have:

  • Experience managing national accounts in jewellery, fashion, beauty, home or similar industry.
  • Track record of driving growth in mid‑tier department stores (John Lewis, Next, M&S etc.)
  • Prior experience leading, managing and developing teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A results‑driven approach with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in building and maintaining key client relationships.
  • A solid understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
  • 3 days away from home (combination of London office and in the field)
