A recruitment agency is seeking an Automotive Vehicle Technician in Truro. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £36,000 basic, with an OTE of £42,000. Responsibilities include diagnosing vehicle faults, servicing, and ensuring customer care excellence. The ideal candidate will hold a NVQ Level 3 qualification and have their own tools. This full-time position includes 40 hours of work per week, with some Saturday mornings required.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Current and valid UK driving licence is essential.
- Experience performing diagnostic testing and repairs.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a Main Dealer Group, located in Truro. Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.
- Diagnosing and finding faults to establish what work needs to be done.
- Carrying out work in a timely and accurate manner.
- Vehicle road testing and ensuring parts are both handled and stored correctly.
- Providing top quality customer care every time to all customers.
- Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
- MOT Testing
- Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
- Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standards
- A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
- Dedicated and committed approach.
- Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.

The salary of this role is up to £36,000 basic with OTE of £42,000.
Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are 40 hours a week; Monday to Friday and Saturday Mornings on rota.
