The ideal candidate should have a proven background in 2nd Line Support, strong troubleshooting abilities, and a proactive approach to assist staff and students effectively. This role is on-site and offers a chance to impact education through technology.

- Deliver 1st & 2nd line technical support to staff and students.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain IT systems and documentation.
Connaissances
Join a leading educational organisation in Bournemouth, providing vital IT support across a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is based on site in Bournemouth, Mon-Fri.
- Deliver 1st & 2nd line technical support to staff and students, ensuring minimal disruption to learning.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Escalate complex technical incidents where necessary and follow up to resolution.
- Maintain and update IT systems, documentation, and asset records.
- Support projects, upgrades, and routine maintenance across the IT infrastructure.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring users feel supported and informed.
- Proven experience in a 2nd Line Support role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Office 365, and network environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
