Job Title: 2nd Line IT Support Technician
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 + Benefits

The Role
We are a growing and well-established IT consultancy, providing support to a range of clients from innovative start-ups to large multinational organisations. Our team enjoys a hardworking yet friendly and flexible environment, where professional growth and ongoing training are encouraged.

This role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of projects and technologies, with opportunities to develop your skills further through hands-on experience and targeted training.

Key Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in, or exposure to, the following:

  • IT support experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Windows Server (2016-2025)
  • Windows 10 & 11
  • macOS
  • GPO, DNS & DHCP
  • Microsoft Exchange Online and Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • Hyper-V / VMware
  • Firewalls, VPN implementation and configuration
  • Sophos AV and Endpoint Encryption
  • SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Office (2010-2016)
  • Knowledge of Linux systems (desirable)

  • Personable, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to manage your own workload effectively
  • Confident working both remotely and on-site with clients
