First-Line IT Support Engineer — Help Desk & Onsite Setup

A leading IT company in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced 1st Line Engineer to provide high-quality technical support to a diverse range of clients. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in IT support, understanding of network fundamentals, and experience with Office365 and Azure. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a willingness to drive. You will be joining a dynamic team in a thriving environment, where your technical knowledge will be enhanced and developed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a technical support role.
- Understanding of basic network fundamentals, including LAN, DNS, and DHCP.
- Keen and genuine enthusiasm for IT outside of work.
Responsabilités
- Provide a high level of technical support to a broad range of clients.
- Act as the first point of contact on the help desk for clients.
- Carry out installation tasks including setting up PCs, routers, printers and AV equipment.
