Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years' experience in a technical support role.
• Understanding of basic network fundamentals, including LAN, DNS, and DHCP.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of technical support to a broad range of clients.
• Act as the first point of contact on the help desk for clients.
• Carry out installation tasks including setting up PCs, routers, printers and AV equipment.
