Role:

• We are seeking an experienced Director who is an established leader in the Project Finance advisory sector.
• This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in establishing and building the Gridlines team
• The role will involve establishing and leading in the growth of the Gridlines business
  
  
  

• Lead in the growth and development of the project finance team
• Lead multiple teams across a portfolio of active assignments
• Provide strategic guidance and insight into the structuring of transactions
• Review and interpret commerdcial documentation and ensure it is reflected accurately in the financial model
• Lead in the development and enhancement of our financial modeling methodologies and tools, driving continuous improvement and innovation
• Lead in the planning of resources across the team.

• Sector leading expertise in Project Finance
• [10+] years of relevent experience in a financial advisory / financial modelling role within a recognized advisory practice.
• An in-depth understanding of accounting concepts, an accounting qualification is beneficial
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in building and operating financial models using Excel
• Recent hands-on experience in financial modelling for Project Finance transactions
• Degree qualified in a numerate discipline, with a postgraduate qualification in accounting or finance beneficial
• Experience with the FAST financial modeling standard is desirable
