Job Description

• Coordinate, monitor and manage all export activities in adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Handle all communication with clients, freight forwarders, and customs agents.
• Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to export processes.
• Track shipments and provide updates to relevant parties.
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure efficient delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Export Coordinator should have:

• A degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications.
