Export Coordinator

Location: Rotterdam

Contract: Fixed‑term contract for one year, with the possibility of extension subject to performance.

AB Vista, an animal nutrition technology company delivering pioneering products and technical services to the global animal feed industry, is seeking an Export Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in Rotterdam as part of our continued growth. This is a hands‑on, international role where you will play a key part in ensuring our products reach customers efficiently, compliantly and on time, while working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment within a global business.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Processing export orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy, compliance and agreed lead times.
  • Coordinating stock, dispatch and freight with suppliers, warehouses and freight forwarders.
  • Preparing and managing export documentation to prevent customs delays and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Working cross‑functionally with commercial, finance, regulatory and quality teams to support global order flows.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers, distributors and internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
  • A degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, business administration or a related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in an export, logistics or supply chain role (or strong motivation to learn).
  • Confidence working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • An organised, proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise under pressure.
  • A collaborative, team‑oriented approach and willingness to support others.
  • Interest or experience in export documentation, incoterms, customs or ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics 365) is an advantage but not essential.
