A leading global steel and mining company seeks a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager to execute M&A transactions from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in advisory roles, exceptional communication and analytical skills, and robust financial valuation knowledge. This role demands an entrepreneurial approach in a fast-paced environment and effective project management across various transactions. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential, with additional language skills being advantageous.

10+ years of full-time work experience in M&A advisory in Investment Banks, Advisory Firms or Big 4 Accountancy firms; or In-house M&A corporate roles; or Strategy; or Due diligence/ transaction service firms. Preferred previous experience in the Steel, Mining or Industrial sectors.
