A growing insurance firm in Bishop's Cleeve is seeking a Claims Specialist to handle structural warranty claims. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to private homeowners and manage the claims process with support from the team. A desirable background in property insurance and strong communication skills are preferred. This role offers a yearly salary of £26,000 - £30,000 and various benefits including generous pension and private medical insurance.

About Marley Risk Consultants: We’re a friendly, dynamic and growing business looking for a new colleague to join our claims handling team. We’re at the forefront of innovation in the UK Structural Warranty Insurance sector, where we provide claims management and loss adjusting services to insurer clients and our customers who may be experiencing a defect with their home.
Working in our Cheltenham office, with the role title of ‘Claims Specialist’, you will handle structural warranty claims from beginning to end. Your customers will primarily be private homeowners, making a claim against the warranty on their new home. You may also deal with managing agents acting on behalf of a group of owners in the same building, such as a block of flats.
These claims tend not to have the same sense of urgency as general perils claims such fire or flood, but they can be complex, are always interesting, and require a basic level of buildings knowledge – but don’t worry, if you don’t already have that, we’ll help you ‘build’ it! And, as ever, excellence in customer service is paramount.
