Overview

Enterprise & Finance Administrator

Faculty Enterprise & Finance Administrator. Full-time Permanent – 1.0 FTE. Location: Hybrid working, base Walsall Campus. The Faculty of Education Health and Wellbeing has a vacancy for a faculty Enterprise and Finance Administrator, providing an effective and efficient service in the day-to-day financial administration requirements for the faculty.

Responsibilities
  • Provide an effective and efficient service for day-to-day financial administration for the faculty.
  • Develop and maintain systems for the recording and monitoring of financial information.
  • Carry out financial tasks including purchasing and invoicing, with knowledge of electronic finance systems (e.g. ABW).
  • Use spreadsheets extensively and support related financial processes.
  • Deliver excellent and professional customer service with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Operate with a proactive and professional approach, demonstrating good organisational capabilities and the ability to work effectively within a team and on own initiative.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Educated to A level or equivalent.
  • Proficient in office technology including word processing, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Demonstrable office and administrative experience.
  • Ability to develop and maintain systems for recording and monitoring financial information.
  • Extensive experience in the use of spreadsheets and in purchasing and invoicing, with knowledge of electronic finance systems (e.g. ABW).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional standard of customer service.
