• Lead on technical sales enquiries related to valves and engineering solutions, ensuring accurate quotations and tailored customer support.
• Manage high-value projects from enquiry to delivery, providing expert input on valve selection, specification, and applications.
• Develop and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships, acting as a trusted technical advisor.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry knowledge to generate growth.
• Handle complex customer issues, quality concerns, and technical challenges with confidence and precision.
• Provide feedback and reporting to the General Manager, supporting continuous business improvement.
• Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

• Proven experience in a Technical Sales Engineer role, ideally within the valves, flow control, or related engineering sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of valves and associated applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
