Overview

Business Analyst - Our government client is looking for a skilled BA on an initial 3 month contract + extensions. Hybrid travel to Swansea, Wales is required 2-3 times per week.

Responsibilities

• Strong communications skills with an ability to build relationships and elicit requirements at all levels within the organisation.
• Experience in a range of requirement gathering approaches, from document analysis to leading group-based workshops.
• Knowledge and experience of Agile & Scrum practices, including feature, story derivation and the formulation of acceptance criteria based around scenarios and Gherkin expressions.
• Experience of building a backlog and its evolution, including approaches to story review, e.g. 3 amigo discussions and refinement.
• Has experience in process modelling to derive representations of current and future processes.
• Has experience in formulating wire frames to articulate requirements centred around user interfaces.
• Experience of utilising Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to adapt their BA approaches to align to the client's standard BA practices.
