Join 3D Autokeys, premium suppliers of automotive locksmith products, as our new Mobile Key Technician.

Responsible for key programming, cutting, and vehicle entry services, this role involves both on-the-road and head office service delivery and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Mobile Key Technician
Nottingham, NG15 0EB – On-the-road plus head-office service delivery

• 45 hours per week, Monday – Friday (including paid lunches)
• Hours may be varied and extended according to the business requirements
• Starting salary from £30,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities for the Mobile Key Technician:

• Become proficient with provided tools and the company’s bespoke IT platform
• Undertake self-development and training to enhance skills
• Provide key programming, cutting, and vehicle entry across various vehicles
• Comply with internal processes & procedures, including safety measures and stock usage
• Maximise commercial opportunities for the business
• Ensure proactive communication within the team and the wider group
• Maintain the highest quality of work in line with company and customer standards
• All training for this position will be carried out at the head office in NG15 0EB
