Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Lead in a fast-growing tech company.
  • Deep hands-on IC experience; excel at execution, not just leadership.
  • Track record of hiring during hypergrowth (0→50, 50→150, or similar).
  • Experience designing recruiting processes and guidelines.
  • Ability to context-switch across Engineering, Product, and GTM roles.
  • Strong talent mapping and sourcing capabilities.
  • Clear communicator who can influence and collaborate across all levels.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with a high bar for candidate quality.
  • Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and energized by fast-paced environments.

About the Role

Stacks is hiring a Talent Lead to own and scale our recruitment engine across Product, Engineering, and GTM as we enter a period of explosive growth.

You’ll be the driving force behind building our team, mapping the top talent in the market, designing scalable processes, and managing high-velocity hiring internally as an IC.

🧱 What You'll Do
Lead Talent Acquisition End-to-End
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across Product, Engineering, and GTM during a period of hypergrowth
  • Build and manage predictable pipelines for critical roles
  • Map the highest-caliber candidates across Europe and beyond
  • Lead hiring strategy for each function in partnership with Founders and Leadership
Build Structure & Scale
  • Design, refine, and operationalize scalable recruiting processes, tools, and frameworks
  • Establish hiring best practices and interview structures
  • Implement data-driven talent acquisition KPIs
Drive High-Impact Hiring
  • Execute high-volume recruitment as an individual contributor
  • Partner closely with functional leaders to understand hiring needs and team evolution
  • Represent Stacks in the market as the face of talent
Talent Intelligence & Market Mapping
  • Build talent maps for future leadership roles and long-term hiring needs
  • Maintain a proactive pipeline of top candidates across all key functions
  • Keep a pulse on competitive talent markets, compensation, and hiring trends
