Job summary

A leading video game studio in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled Senior Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves working closely with studio teams to deliver hiring plans for exciting projects, including Forza Horizon and Fable. Ideal candidates will have experience in the video games industry, strong communication skills, and a passion for recruitment and gaming. The position operates on a hybrid model, requiring at least 3 days in the studio each week.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in-house or agency within the video games industry.
  • Proven ability to support managers in hiring decisions.
  • Knowledge of tools to target candidates in Game Development.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of roles.
  • Act as a Talent Advisor to support the recruitment process.
  • Drive an effective interview process and gather candidate feedback.
  • Plan and prioritise workload while coordinating with team members.
  • Support recruitment projects and university hiring as needed.
  • Engage with job boards and create job adverts.
  • Partner with HR to improve recruitment activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and career fairs.
  • Champion hiring strategies for under-represented groups.
