Working alongside technical and operations teams, you’ll ensure materials meet legal, safety, and customer standards, while contributing to innovation and continuous improvement.

• Overseeing supplier approval systems and raw material documentation
• Performing comprehensive risk assessments covering food safety, allergens, integrity and ethical standards
• Mapping supply chains and aligning material specs with finished product requirements
• Collaborating with NPD, QA and purchasing teams to meet evolving standards
• Leading traceability exercises and supporting both internal and external audits
• Acting as a key member of the HACCP and Integrity teams
• Driving improvements in quality and root cause analysis through complaint investigations
• Championing proactive internal audits and implementing actionable outcomes

• A technical background in the food industry or relevant qualifications
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and quality management systems
• Analytical thinking and excellent problem-solving ability
• Confidence in engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Exceptional attention to detail and task ownership

• A salary of up to £35,000
• 33 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays
