• Act as a key leader, working closely with the Registered Manager

• Inspire and support staff, championing high standards of care

• Oversee compliance, care plans, and staff development

• Step into the Manager s role when needed

• NVQ Level 3 in Children s Residential (or equivalent)

• Experience in a similar leadership role

• Solid grasp of Ofsted requirements and children s safeguarding

• Emotional intelligence, structure, and resilience
