The Macro Quant Analytics team develops in-house financial analytics and a distributed platform to monitor the global market. Our goal is to build world-class tools for macro portfolio managers, integral to their investment decision-making processes.
What you’ll do
As part of our Macro Technology team, you will collaborate with seasoned experts to support a complex global business. Your responsibilities include:
- Building a new core analytics library and downstream tools for pricing and analyzing risks across IR, FX, credit, commodities, equities, and mortgage securities.
- Developing systems and tools, including APIs and Excel add-ins, on top of that library.
- Collaborating with quants, traders, and developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Following a robust SDLC process with code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software.
- Participating in team discussions on data modeling and software design.
What’s required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in building high-performance distributed software in the cloud using C#.
- 5+ years of experience in C++ and Python development.
- Strong knowledge of IR and FX pricing models and fixed income markets.
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience developing Excel add-ins.
- Experience with high-performance, multithreaded systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A passion for creating quality applications.
- Interest in financial products and trading.
