Description
  • Oversee core accounting tasks such as month-end close, accounting projects like process improvement, automation and integration.
  • Provide analysis and insight to support decision-making across the business.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure strong financial governance and control.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, simplify, and automate finance processes.
  • Contribute to broader finance projects aimed at improving consistency and performance in reporting.
  • Manage a small team (depending on level and experience).
Profile
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Strong background in management accounting.
  • Solid understanding of accounting standards.
  • Confident working with financial systems, able to adapt easily to new ones.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communicator, able to build relationships and influence across teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
