Job summary
A leading production company in London seeks a Post Production Co-ordinator to assist with project management tasks and gain insights into post-production services. Candidates should possess 1-2 years of relevant experience and excel in communication and problem-solving. The role offers full-time hours with hybrid working arrangements, requiring flexibility for evenings or weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience working in post-production or a similar role.
- Must be enthusiastic and eager to develop skills.
- Ability to work evenings or weekends when required.
Responsibilities
- Assist Senior producers with day-to-day project management.
- Book resources and lead daily scheduling calls.
- Manage own projects including Director Cuts and usage renewals.
Skills
- Assisting Senior producers with day-to-day management of projects; including project set up, asset management and archive housekeeping.
- Booking resource and leading on daily scheduling calls with the production team.
- Expanding the departments freelance contact base.
- Project management of your own projects (Director Cuts, mood films, usage renewals).
- Gaining insight and training on post-production services from scheduling, budgeting, workflows and quality control.
- A good understanding of post-production and VFX technologies.
- Well presented with excellent communication and time management skills – the role is increasingly client/agency facing.
- Must be enthusiastic, a strong team player and eager to develop your skills.
- Must be a proactive, problem solver, whilst remaining calm under pressure.
- 1-2 years’ experience working in post-production or a similar role.
- Due to the nature of the job you may need to work evenings or weekends when required.
