A leading creative organization in Greater London is seeking a dedicated receptionist to be the first point of contact for all visitors and staff. This role involves managing a smooth reception area, handling scheduling, greeting visitors, and maintaining security protocols. The ideal candidate has at least one year in a high-volume environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask. The role offers exposure to the entertainment industry, with a salary based on the London Living Wage.
The receptionist is crucial for creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations. They will undertake tasks including scheduling, managing office supplies, and maintaining a tidy reception area. They support all teams across the London studio, managing reception duties and assisting with administrative tasks.
This role offers exposure to the entertainment industry and builds skills for advancement into administrative, operations, or production support positions.

Job remuneration and hours: 40 hours a week.
General hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm.
