Overview

We are recruiting a Receptionist to support the Axess Sexual Health service across two sites in Knowsley.

Sites

• The Arch, Knowsley – Monday – Friday 08:30 – 20:00
• St Chads Clinic, Kirkby – Wednesday 08:30 – 13:00 & 15:00 – 19:00

Responsibilities

• Take telephone triage calls and record information.
• Check patients into the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system for walk‑in and booked appointment clinics.
• Support basic patient triage and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience using Electronic Patient Record Systems.
• Experience supporting basic patient triage.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Working patterns

The role will involve working various shift patterns across a 5‑day week (Monday – Friday) to cover clinic opening times. Possibility to split the full‑time post into two part‑time positions can be discussed at interview.
