A leading global hospitality company is offering a unique program for graduates to become a Hotel General Manager within 5-8 years. The program includes two placements in different countries across the EMEA region, providing essential experience in hotel operations. Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a strong commitment to hospitality are encouraged to apply. The role is set to begin full-time in September 2026.

Hilton offers this unique experience tailored to internationally mobile graduates, designed to catapult you into a Hotel GM position within 5 - 8 years of programme completion. We are offering two 9-month placements in different countries across the EMEA region. That’s an 18-month journey where you will immerse yourself in the world of hotel operations, gaining experience in all major hotel departments. You’ll embark on a fast track programme, guided by a structured career path, completing two major business projects to support your growth to becoming a GM. You’ll be part of the Elevator Alumni community for ongoing support and networking.

We seek individuals who embody Hilton Values, with strong drive, commitment and flexibility. Mobility is essential; candidates should be willing to work in a minimum of two different countries during the programme (nine months each), potentially anywhere within the EMEA region.
We are open for applications. Applications close on Sunday 14 December 2025. The selection process includes online assessments, a competency-based interview with a GM, and a virtual Assessment Centre during the week commencing 9 February 2026.
