Job summary
A recruitment company specializing in care roles is seeking an experienced Residential Home Manager for a 30-bed residential and dementia care service in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will provide leadership to staff, ensure high-quality person-centred care, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards. Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Home Manager, Deputy Manager, or senior leader in adult social care.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality frameworks.
- Confident leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.
