Overview

As part of unplanned mental health services in Doncaster we are offering a rare opportunity for motivated professionals to join Doncaster Crisis Team. The role will involve triage assessment and intervention of service users in crisis, telephone, home visits and assessments in A&E. We are seeking dynamic and positive practitioners to support in this new service.

Responsibilities
  • Triage assessment and intervention of service users in crisis.
  • Telephone, home visits and assessments in A&E.
  • Liaison with families and support understanding of crisis management.
  • Work alongside partner organisations, third sector and peer support services.
  • Contribute to community working age model changes and lead in these changes.
Qualifications
  • Permanent Band 6 qualified practitioner, enthusiastic and highly motivated.
  • Passion and desire to work with individuals in crisis within the community.
  • Valid sponsorship eligibility under Skilled Worker or Health & Care visa route if required.
