We design, manufacture, and deliver high-quality timber buildings across the UK. Role Overview

The Quality Lead is responsible for improving product and service quality across operations. Through strong shop‑floor presence, clear standards, effective problem solving, and practical support to teams, this role focuses on reducing defects, rework, complaints, and service failures. The role embeds quality into everyday working practices and ensures root‑cause resolution. The Quality Lead works closely with production, supply chain, logistics, and aftercare teams to build consistency, accountability, and pride in quality across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily shop‑floor quality activities and tool usage.
  • Define and implement shop‑floor standards and procedures.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues at root cause.
  • Collaborate with production, supply chain and logistics to embed quality practices.
  • Track and report quality metrics and trends.
  • Coach and develop team members on quality principles.
Qualifications
  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment (essential).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive, high energy, and fast‑changing environment comfort.
