About You

As a Residential Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of one of our Ofsted-registered sole placement homes, providing specialist support to a young person with complex needs.

In this role, you will lead your home through effective communication, professionalism, and a child-centred approach — ensuring the highest possible standard of care and support. You will inspire your team to deliver nurturing, therapeutic care within a safe and structured environment, where every decision is made in the best interest of the child.

This role benefits from the support of an off-shift Deputy Manager, dedicated to assisting with the day-to-day management of the home, providing leadership coverage, and supporting you in maintaining a consistently high-quality service.
