Job Overview

Deputy Manager – The Park Residential and Nursing Home, 40 St Marks Road, Derby, Derbyshire.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Home Manager to support the day‑to‑day running of The Park.
• Lead a team of care professionals with passion and commitment.
• Form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families.
• Enrich residents' lives, support colleagues and have fun in the process.
• Provide the highest quality of personalised care in line with residents' individual care plans.
• Lead leisure and social activities to enrich the day.
• Be kind and supportive to residents, families and colleagues, ensuring we all do a great job.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a nursing setting.
• Valid NMC pin.
• Self‑motivated, caring, enthusiastic.

Compensation

£52,104 per annum GBP per year.

£25.05 per hour for 40 hours per week.
