NQ - 4 PQE Corporate Solicitor - Bournemouth

Are you an ambitious solicitor with 0-4 years' PQE? Perhaps you're due to qualify in September seeking a NQ role or, have a couple of years PQE under your belt and are seeking a new role. Either way, my client would be keen to speak with you.

Chadwick Nott are delighted to partnering with a highly regarded Legal 500 practice who have an opening to join their award-winning corporate team in their brand-new Bournemouth office. Supported by experienced teams, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing their corporate practice in Bournemouth, focusing on transactional work.

Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the corporate team, your work will include:

• Advising on corporate agreements, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, share option plans, family investment companies, and corporate reorganisations.
• Focusing on transactional work, working with serial acquirers and managing corporate disposals.
• Coordinating due diligence efforts with specialists across different teams.
• Drafting company secretarial documents and managing filings.
• Managing your caseload and collaborating with colleagues, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives
