What you will be doing?

Main responsibilities:

  1. First point of contact for our customers reporting travel claims
    • This could be anything from flight cancellations, stolen possessions, to medical expenses and many more.
    • Sometimes our customers become ill or injured whilst on their travels, so you’ll support our customers through these difficult times and handle their claim effectively and efficiently.
  2. Every claim is different and that’s what gives this role so much variety. You will learn so much about travel insurance and general insurance and your career opportunities will be boundless.
What skills & experience are we looking for?
  1. You will need to demonstrate a high level of customer service.
  2. Experience in decision making that is right for both the customer and the business.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills.
  4. Brand awareness.
  5. Adaptable to change and a drive to do the right thing for our customers and business.

Inductions/Start dates will be taking place in January and February 2020.

Our contact centre is open between the hours of 8.00am – 8.00pm, Monday to Friday and Saturdays 9.00am-5.00pm.

Our induction will be 5 weeks, 9-5 training; please note we will not be able to accommodate any holiday during this time.
