Position: Insurance Advisor

We are seeking an Insurance Advisor to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. This role offers full on-the-job training and opportunities to obtain industry-recognized qualifications.

About you:

• You enjoy engaging with people, listening, and building relationships to understand client needs.
• You possess excellent problem-solving skills, capable of creating tailored solutions for unique client requirements.
• You may be transitioning from a sales role and seeking a career change; no prior experience is necessary as we provide training, workshops, coaching, and support for industry qualifications.
• You have a passion and entrepreneurial mindset, with interests in areas like equine insurance, motor vehicles, marine, art, etc., enabling quick rapport building and optimal client solutions.
• You are ambitious, with a desire to succeed and grow into leadership roles, supported by our tools and development programs.
