A health and social care provider is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their expanding clinical team in Birmingham. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing clinical team, we are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist with a desire to make a difference in the lives of the people we support. This role will allow you work holistically and focus on more than purely the basic needs of the people we support; you will be able to work collaboratively to set and work towards meaningful short, medium and long-term goals in all aspects of daily life throughout the entire journey with Gray Healthcare.
As a Band 5 equivalent Occupational Therapist working within Gray Health Care, you will be joining our growing Multidisciplinary Team, working alongside Occupational Therapists, RMNs, RNLDs, a Psychologically Informed Therapist and Operational Service Managers.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to put into practice your current skills in addition to developing yourself as an autonomous practitioner.
You will be part of a growing team providing evidence-based assessment and intervention to people with complex needs who are supported to live a meaningful life in their own homes.
