A growing FMCG company in Bridgwater, Somerset is looking for a Health, Safety and Environment Manager. In this key role, you will lead HSE initiatives on-site and work closely with the leadership team to maintain compliance and promote safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background and relevant safety qualifications. This position offers a salary of £45,000 to £54,000 per annum, along with a competitive package.

A pleasure to represent a growing business within the FMCG industry, who is looking for their next Health, Safety and Environment professional to be a subject matter expert on a single production site. The company is in a state of evolution and looking for an engaging and enthusiastic leader to support the site and take them on a cultural journey.

This position is well supported by the Central HSE Manager; you will be a key member of the wider HSE Team to enable best practice to be shared across the group. Also, you will have onsite HSE representatives to coach and guide.
