Overview

This is a pivotal role leading the organisations health and safety agenda across multiple office locations and operational environments. The Health and Safety Manager will drive a proactive culture of wellbeing, compliance, and continuous improvement, ensuring all statutory obligations are met and best practices are embedded across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Health & Safety Leadership

Develop and deliver a comprehensive health and safety strategy aligned with organisational objectives.

Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders on compliance, risk mitigation, and legislative change.

Promote a culture of safety, wellbeing, and accountability through communication, engagement, and training initiatives.

Act as an advocate for health, safety, and wellbeing throughout the organisation.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with all relevant UK health and safety legislation (e.g. Health and Safety at Work Act, RIDDOR, ...)
