Team Treasury

Working Pattern - Hybrid 2days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth time 35 hours per week.

  • Accuracy is critical when processing payments reconciling accounts and reviewing financial data
  • Excellent time management & organisation
  • Youll be liaising with internal stakeholders and possibly external contacts so being able to communicate clearly and professionally

What this role is all about :

As a Senior Treasury Finance Assistant youll be responsible for ensuring all payment and receipt transactions are processed accurately efficiently and in line with banking regulations and internal procedures. Youll be a key player in maintaining the integrity of our financial systems and supporting internal teams with timely and reliable service.

Key Actions
  • Processing all incoming receipts and outgoing payments with precision and speed
  • Managing rejections and ensuring accurate updates across Group systems
  • Performing daily checks on BACS files to ensure accuracy and compliance with bank cut-off times
  • Handling internal queries and action requests with professionalism and clarity
  • Supporting bank account reconciliations and payment allocations
  • Managing Non-Medex plans including weekly Direct Debit file creation and query resolution
What do you need to thrive
  • At least 12 months experience in an office environment with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
  • Confidence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders both via email and phone
  • A basic understanding of Excel
  • Previous experience in a finance processing role is highly desirable
