Qualifications

• Experience in training and advice.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with financial issues and personal finance management.
• Work with users to access benefits and resolve their debt issues.
• Provide advice on personal spending and budget training.
• Develop relationships with participants for action plans.

Skills

Experience in training, advice, guidance, and counselling

Experience working with ex-offenders

Knowledge of debt issues

Proven ability to meet targets

Familiarity with the welfare-to-work sector

High level of administrative accuracy

Have access to a car and Full Driving Licence
