Qualifications

• Ideally 2 years+ experience in a relevant role.
• Positive attitude and a good work ethic.
• Strong understanding of Networking / Connectivity concepts.

Responsibilities

• Understand and design technical solutions to meet business needs.
• Facilitate workshops for product deployment and technical discussions.
• Produce and manage client-facing and internal documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues escalated by support teams.
