Job summary
A growing healthcare business is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager on a temporary contract. This pivotal role involves overseeing transactional finance and streamlining month-end processes while driving improvements in systems efficiency. The ideal candidate must be an ACA/ACCA/ACMA qualified accountant with strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. This opportunity offers competitive pay up to £530 per day, with immediate interviews available.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of transactional finance and month-end processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
- Confident communicator who can build relationships across the business.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Oversee month-end tasks, including journals, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with the preparation of management accounts and reporting packs.
- Drive improvements in processes, controls, and system efficiency.
- Collaborate with operational teams to resolve queries and support decision-making.
