This Magic Circle firm is offering a broad diet of corporate tax work including M&A, financing, funds, real estate tax, contentious tax, and tax policy advice.

The breadth of work is a key attraction and only experience in corporate tax transactional and advisory work is required as long as you are interested in broadening your experience.
