Insurtech Insights is seeking a talented graphic designer to join our growing team.
This role involves designing and producing creative outputs based on concepts and briefs from the marketing team, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. Responsibilities include creating banner ads, social media posts, EDM designs, illustrations, and animations.
What we expect from you:
- Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- A desire to learn new tools and techniques and share knowledge with the team
- Strong visual, interactive, and graphic design skills
- An approach to briefs with a conceptual attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion and curiosity about the latest design innovations
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
- Agency experience is a plus
Additionally, you should be:
- Communicative (able to convey messages clearly via email)
- Detail-oriented (responsible for email marketing campaigns and website updates)
- Driven (ambitious with high targets)
- Ownership-minded (ensuring high-quality deliverables for external communication)
- A problem solver (able to think quickly and react calmly under pressure)
