Areti Group is seeking x6 Tech leads/Staff Engineers to work for a rapidly growing TECH FOR GOOD business. My client is building a new team to develop large-scale mobile and web applications backend, focusing on backend coding and database design with an emphasis on performance and reliability.

This is a great opportunity for software engineers who value company ethics and customer care.

• Participate in development from design to deployment
• Collaborate with colleagues on application design
• Implement innovative solutions
• Optimize backend code and monitor system performance

• Degree in Computer Science or related field (highly desirable)
• Experience in a Team Lead or Staff Engineer role
• Experience with Service-oriented architecture
• Backend optimization skills with MySQL or similar
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• Strong PHP knowledge, familiar with Symfony and Laravel

Languages: PHP, Ruby-on-Rails, Java, Python, C#

Frameworks and Tools: Vue.js, Typescript, Angular, React, GraphQL, REST APIs, TDD, DDD, AWS, Agile (Scrum, Kanban)

• Self-motivated and independent
• Passionate about clean, reusable code
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Positive, eager to learn, detail-oriented

This role offers a salary of £75,000 - £100,000 plus benefits including holidays, gym, laptops, and remote work. The company is rapidly expanding and offers excellent career progression opportunities.
